Vunce Upon A Time, a new Halloween tale by J.otto Seibold and Siobhan Vivian, is the story of Dagmar, a vegetarian vampire with a serious sweet tooth. When he hears about all the treats he can get on Halloween, he knows he has to be brave and venture out into the human world.
